Our  phosphor  caps  are  made  from silicone / phosphor   mixture    by   using injection molding method. Compared to the popular PC based phosphor caps in the market, our products are superior in regarding   both   reliability    and     light efficiency.  Silicone  can  stand   against 270°C  working  temperature  while  PC only  ~  150°C.  Optical  silicone  has  a transmittance   above  98%   compared to PC's 90% only.  As  an  overall result, our   caps   have   a   10 - 20%    higher efficiency  than PC based ones.
